The Planning Board adopts and recommends Town Council approval of the "Update of the Scarborough Comprehensive Plan" prepared by the Town of Scarborough Comprehensive Plan Committee, dated December, 1993 and the report entitled "Guiding Growth and Public Improvements on Route One," prepared by Terrence J. DeWan & Associates, dated June, 1993, both of which together shall constitute the Comprehensive Plan of the Town of Scarborough.

Be it hereby ordered: that the "Update of the Scarborough Comprehensive Plan" prepared by the Town of Scarborough Comprehensive Planning Committee, dated December, 1993, and the report entitled "Guiding Growth and Public Improvements on Route One" prepared by Terrence J. DeWan & Associates, dated June, 1993, are accepted, approved and adopted as the Comprehensive Plan for the Town of Scarborough.
