Town of Scarborough - BOARD OF ASSESSMENT REVIEW

The Board of Assessment Review reviews appeals from decisions of the Assessor regarding applications for abatements of property taxes and makes determinations with respect to assessments in accordance with the general laws of the State of Maine. It consists of five members and two alternates appointed by the Town Council. Meets on an as-needed basis.
